Example 1: Odds of 2.25 on Team A mean a winning ৳1,000 bet returns a total of ৳2,250 — ৳1,250 is profit and the rest is the original stake. Team B is the favourite so their odds are lower (1.25); the same stake returns only ৳250 in profit. Higher odds mean the outcome is less likely — but the return is also higher. In limited-overs cricket (such as T20) there is no draw, so only two outcomes are available to bet on.

Single Bet and Multi Bet — Stake to Return
Clicking on a market automatically adds it to the bet slip. Enter the stake amount and the potential return is calculated instantly. One selection makes a single bet; adding two or more selections creates a multi bet (accumulator).
In a limited-overs match, Team A's odds are 1.45 and Team B's are 2.75. A ৳500 bet on Team B — if Team B wins, total return is ৳1,375 (profit ৳875); if Team A wins, the full ৳500 is lost.
Three matches with odds of 1.60, 1.80 and 1.90 — combined odds: 1.60 × 1.80 × 1.90 = 5.47 (rounded). A ৳100 stake returns ৳547 if all three win. If any one loses, the full ৳100 is lost.
A multi bet offers higher returns but also higher risk — all selections must win together. Betting is for entertainment; no strategy guarantees a win.

The exchange market at fancy Bet offers two options — Back and Lay. Back means betting in favour of an outcome; Lay means betting against that outcome, effectively taking the role of a bookmaker against other bettors.
BACK Team A — ৳1,000 stake: If Team A wins, profit before commission is ৳800; if they do not win, you lose ৳1,000.
LAY Team A — ৳1,000 bettor's stake: Your liability is ৳800 (৳1,000 × 0.80); if Team A does not win, you receive ৳1,000 before commission; if Team A wins, you pay ৳800.
A small commission is deducted on each exchange trade, which slightly reduces the net profit. On a lay bet, the liability amount is shown on the slip in advance, so there are no surprises.
