General Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are a legal document between fancy casino ("fancy", "Site", "we") and any registered or unregistered user of the site ("Member", "you"). By accessing the fancy website, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

fancy reserves the right to verify a member's identity to ensure secure transactions. This process may require a copy of a National ID (NID) or passport, and matching information linked to the member's mobile banking account. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised use of your account, contact the fancy support team immediately. If you share your account details with anyone, you bear full responsibility for any resulting loss.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fancy currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted — all transactions must come from the registered member's own account.

3.2 Limits and Processing

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (the same across all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if a verification process is pending.

3.3 Erroneous Transactions

If an incorrect amount is credited to an account due to a technical error, fancy will reclaim that amount. If a member uses erroneously credited funds in such a situation, any associated winnings will be considered void.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000 — and ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Weekly and Other Offers

Each fancy promotional offer has its own terms and conditions. The fancy weekly deposit festival offers a 50% bonus up to ৳5,000 with 15x wagering; the fancy Cricket Dhamaka bonus offers 30% up to ৳3,000 with 12x wagering. A minimum deposit of ৳300 applies to each offer.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus system abuse is detected — such as using multiple accounts, artificial betting patterns, or coordinated gameplay — the relevant bonuses and earnings will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed. All fancy bonuses are personal and non-transferable.

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Betting Limits

fancy reserves the right to set maximum betting limits on specific games or markets. When playing with a bonus balance, a maximum stake of ৳500 per round or bet is permitted. Winnings obtained by exceeding this limit may be voided.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a round or bet is left incomplete due to a server outage, loss of internet connection, or a fault in the game software, fancy may cancel that round and return the stake. Winnings obtained by taking advantage of a technical error will not be considered valid.

5.3 Suspicious Activity

If a member plays using bots, scripts, or automated software, or attempts to unfairly influence game outcomes, that account will be suspended immediately. All related transactions will be subject to review.

5.4 Sports Betting

For sports betting (cricket, football, tennis, and others), any bet placed before a match or event begins is accepted; however, fancy reserves the right to close specific markets. If a match is abandoned or postponed indefinitely, the bet will be cancelled and the stake returned.

VIP Program and Cashback

6.1 VIP Tiers

fancy's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers weekly cashback — up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver, and up to 1.0% for Gold. Cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the week's net losses (total winnings deducted from total losses).

6.2 VIP Benefit Conditions

VIP benefits apply to active and regular account holders. fancy reserves the right to change the structure or benefits of the VIP program at any time. VIP benefits are non-transferable and will be cancelled if the account is closed.

Prohibited Activities and Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fancy:

1. Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
2. Unauthorised access to another member's account or theft of their information.
3. Any attempt to manipulate the site's software, algorithms, or random number generator.
4. Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other members.
5. Impersonating fancy staff or attempting to deceive them.
6. Collecting bonuses through group betting or syndicates.

If any of these prohibitions are violated, fancy reserves the right to close the account without notice, forfeit the balance, and notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

Responsible Gambling and Self-Exclusion

Using the Self-Exclusion feature, a member can temporarily close their own account for a set period. Attempting to open a new account while self-exclusion is active constitutes a breach of these terms. All casino and betting activities are prohibited for those under 21 years of age.

fancy reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in the event of any breach of these terms, evidence of fraud, or misconduct. In the case of closure due to a breach, any bonus balance will be cancelled; the return of any remaining deposited funds will be assessed separately.

Limitation of Liability

fancy makes every effort to ensure the best possible service, but does not accept liability in the following cases:

• Loss of internet connection or network issues caused by third parties.
• Damage arising from faults in the member's own device or software.
• Failure by the member to protect their own login credentials.
• Damage arising from reliance on third-party services outside the site.

Gambling is a personal decision and members assume their own financial risk. fancy does not guarantee winnings.
